There is an ATG in the Nco I cloning site in the polylinker. Because transcription in baculovirus
tends to start at the first ATG, sites downstream of the ATG are not recommended for bidirectional
cloning of inserts (unless a fusion product is desired). These sites may be used as the downstream
site for unidirectional insertion of genes when used in conjunction with a second site upstream.
