A recombinant adeno-associated virus-hepatitis B virus 1.3 (rAAV8-HBV1.3) for establishing an HBV mouse model, which is characterized in that a recombinant AAV carrying a multi-copy HBV genome deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is used for manufacturing a mouse chronic hepatitis B model. The used HBV mouse model animal is a C57BL/6 mouse and/or a Balb/c mouse with a normal immune system.
