The retroviral vector plasmid pMP71. Genes can be cloned into the retroviral vector plasmid pMP71 via NotI and EcoRI restriction sites. Genes are followed by the posttranscriptional regulatory element (PRE) of the woodchuck hepatitis virus and flanked by the long terminal repeats (LTR) of the myeloproliferative sarcoma virus. In addition, the plasmid contains an ampicillin resistance gene (AmpR). In this example, genes (TCR and TCR ) are linked via a peptide linker (P2A).
