CCRF-CEM cell line, T lymphoblast derived from human lymphoblast leukemia, has been widely used in cancer research and drug development in vitro and in vivo. CCRF-CEM/GFP-firefly luciferase (CMV) stable cells express transgenically firefly luciferase under the control of the CMV promoter. The proliferation and trafficing of the cells could be monitored in fluorescence/bioluminescence imaging in small animal xenograft model.CCRF-CEM cell line was T lymphoblast from human lymphoblast leukemia.
