Chemically definded mediumCellvento® 4CHO-C Cloning Medium supports CHOZN® and CHO cell line development and has been developed to replace hydrolysate containing EX-CELL® CHO Cloning Medium (C6366) at comparable performance. It provides chemically defined media solutions for the entire process from cell line development to production scale.ApplicationDeveloped to meet the needs of the biotechnolgy industry, this medium is designed for single cell cloning, stable pool selection and recovery of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell lines adapted to suspension culture.Cell Culture, Single Cell CloningFeatures and BenefitsDeveloped to meet the needs of the biotechnology industry, this medium is designed for single-cell cloning of recombinant CHO cell lines adapted to serum-free and hydrolysate free suspension culture.PackagingPack sizes: 14390C-500MLComponentsL-glutamine: noCautionDo not freeze. Protect from light. Several components of the medium are light labile and should not be exposed to light for lenthly periods of time.ReconstitutionAspectically add 10 mL of 200 mM L-glutamine solution per 500 mL of medium prior to use (if applicable).Other NotesThe formulation is designed without hydrolysates or components of unknown composition. It contains hypoxanthine and thymidine (HT) but for more selcection flexibility, it does not contain L-glutamine, Methionine sulfoximine (MSC), or Methotrexate (MTX).
