RNA Preparation
total RNA is prepared from purified human peripheral blood mononuclear cells using a modified guanidium method.
Synthesis of cDNA
Three micrograms of human PBMC total RNA was primed with random and oligo-dT primers and reverse-transcribed by reverse transcriptase in 20 µl final volume. The reaction was stopped by heating at 85°C for 5 minutes.

Quality Control
Quality of total RNA is certified by the RNA integrity number (RIN) >8.
The cDNA is performance-tested in a control PCR using human beta-actin primers or human GAPDH primers

Stability/Shelf life
Store at -80 degree and stable for 12 months.
