Also Known As: Species: Human Tissue: uterine cervix Growth Properties: Morphology: epithelial-like Growth Medium: Eagle's minimum essential medium (Earle's salts, containing L-glutamine) with non essential amino acids and 10 % fetal bovine serum. Subculturing Procedure: Cells harvested after treated with 0.02% EDTA and 0.25% trypsin. Split ratio = 1/2 - 1/10
