Escherichia coli HK82 大肠杆菌
In 1983, Kataoka et al. isolated an Escherichia coli alkB− mutant specified as HK82 that to this day serves as the most frequently used tool to determine a variety of AlkB features. The HK82 comes from the E. coli K12 AB1157 strain mutagenized with EMS and the subsequent isolation of MMS sensitive and UV light resistant colonies.
