We developed a pTOM construct that can express two proteins in a cell. By using its common multiple cloning sites (MCSs) and ampicillin-resistant selection, it is easy to construct the demanded plasmid. This ensures that two genes are simultaneously transfected into the same cell and are expressed. Therefore, this also facilitates the study of the relationship between the two proteins.
