DESCRIPTION
The VeroE6 cell line has been modified to constitutively express the serineprotease TMPRSS2, under selection of geneticin. The resultingVeroE6/TMPRSS2 cells were shown to be highly susceptible to SARSCoV-2 infection and can be used to produce large viral stock.
