Patient also has some developmental delay. The culture was initiated from explants of minced skin tissue taken ante-mortem from the right forearm. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 45,X. A culture from the right gonad of same donor is AG08607. The legacy karyotype description shown in this Remark may not be representative of the current available product.
