培养条件
培养基： RPMI 1640，补充 10% 热灭活胎牛血清 (FBS) 和 2 mM L-谷氨酰胺。
孵育： 37°C，含 5% CO₂。
传代： 接种密度约为 0.5 x 10⁶ 个细胞/毫升；每 2-3 天按 1:2 到 1:4 的比例传代。最大密度约为 1.5 x 10⁶ 个细胞/毫升。
阳性标志物： HLA-DR、CD4、CD56、CD45RA、CD123 (IL-3Rα)。
阴性标志物： CD3、CD11c（低水平）、CD14、CD16、CD19。
功能： 表达 TLR2、TLR4、TLR7 和 TLR9 的转录本，并在受到相应配体（例如 CpG-ODNs、R848）刺激后产生 TNF-α、IFN-γ 和 IL-6 等细胞因子。
鉴定： 通过短串联重复序列 (STR) 分析进行鉴定，以确认身份和可靠性。
支原体： 支原体检测呈阴性。
病毒状态： 常见人类病毒（包括 EBV、HBV、HCV、HIV-1、HIV-2、HTLV-1/2、MLV）检测呈阴性。

Medium: RPMI 1640 supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) and 2 mM L-glutamine.
Incubation: 37°C with 5% CO₂.
Subculturing: Seed out at a density of approximately 0.5 x 10⁶ cells/ml; split 1:2 to 1:4 every 2-3 days. The maximal density is around 1.5 x 10⁶ cells/ml.
Positive Markers:HLA-DR, CD4, CD56, CD45RA, CD123 (IL-3Rα).
Negative Markers:CD3, CD11c (low levels), CD14, CD16, CD19.
Function: Expresses transcripts for TLR2, TLR4, TLR7, and TLR9, and produces cytokines like TNF-α, IFN-γ, and IL-6 upon stimulation with respective ligands (e.g., CpG-ODNs, R848).
Authentication: Authenticated via Short Tandem Repeat (STR) analysis to confirm identity and reliability.
Mycoplasma: Tested negative for mycoplasma.
Virus Status: Negative for common human viruses including EBV, HBV, HCV, HIV-1, HIV-2, HTLV-1/2, MLV.
