细胞形态： 类上皮大型细胞，贴壁呈单层生长；在高密度下呈现鹅卵石状排列。
培养基： 90% RPMI 1640 + 10% 热灭活胎牛血清 (h.i. FBS)。
传代培养： 接种密度约为 1 x 10⁶ 细胞/80 cm²；待细胞汇合后，每 2-4 天按 1:2 至 1:3 的比例传代，使用 Trypsin/EDTA 进行消化。
培养环境： 37 °C，5% CO₂。
倍增时间： 约 48-72 小时。
细胞产量： 每个 175 cm² 培养瓶约可收获 8-10 x 10⁶ 个细胞。
冻存保存： 冻存液配比为 70% 基础培养基，20% FBS，10% DMSO。

Morphology: Large epithelioid cells growing adherently in monolayers; exhibits a cobblestone-like appearance at higher densities.
Culture Medium: 90% RPMI 1640 + 10% Heat-inactivated FBS (h.i. FBS).
Subculture: Seed at approximately 1 x 10⁶ cells/80 cm². Split confluent cultures 1:2 to 1:3 every 2–4 days using Trypsin/EDTA.
Incubation: 37 °C with 5% CO₂.
