DSMZ 细胞培养数据
  • 细胞形态: 类上皮大型细胞,贴壁呈单层生长;在高密度下呈现鹅卵石状排列。

  • 培养基: 90% RPMI 1640 + 10% 热灭活胎牛血清 (h.i. FBS)。

OriginEstablished in 2009 from the peritoneal fluid of a 15-month-old female F344 rat. The line was isolated after 356 days of induction via intraperitoneal injection of crocidolite (blue asbestos).
