BioVector® HSCs (肝星状细胞)
  • 物种: 人 (Homo sapiens) 或 啮齿类 (大鼠/小鼠)

  • 细胞类型: 肝星状细胞 (HSCs),又称 Ito 细胞。

  • 组织来源: 来源于正常的供体肝脏组织,通过尼科登 (Nycodenz) 密度梯度离心法分离获得。

  • 生长特性: 贴壁生长。

  • 主要特征:

    • 静息状态 (Quiescent): 在生理条件下,富含维生素 A 脂滴,是体内储存类维生素 A 的主要场所。

    • 激活状态 (Activated): 受损时会转化为肌成纤维细胞样表型,失去脂滴并大量分泌细胞外基质(如 I 型胶原蛋白)。

    • 生物学标记: 静息态表达 GFAP, Desmin, 和 LRAT;激活态表达 alpha-SMA (平滑肌肌动蛋白)Vimentin


  • 培养指南:

    • 培养基: 推荐使用含 10% 胎牛血清 (FBS) 的 DMEM (高糖) 或专门的星状细胞培养基。

    • 基质支持: 为了维持静息状态,建议在 Matrigel 等软基质上培养;在塑料或 I 型胶原蛋白表面培养会导致细胞迅速激活。

    • 培养条件: 37 摄氏度,5% CO2 (二氧化碳)。


  • 主要应用:肝纤维化机制研究、维生素 A 代谢、非酒精性脂肪性肝炎 (NASH) 模型构建以及抗纤维化药物筛选。

  • Species: Human (Homo sapiens) or Rodent (Rat/Mouse)

  • Cell Type: Hepatic Stellate Cells (HSCs), also known as Ito cells.

  • Origin: Isolated from donor liver tissue utilizing Nycodenz density gradient centrifugation.

  • Growth Properties: Adherent.

  • Key Characteristics:

    • Quiescent State: Under physiological conditions, these cells are characterized by the presence of large vitamin A-rich lipid droplets, serving as the body's primary retinoid store.

    • Activated State: Upon liver injury, HSCs transdifferentiate into myofibroblast-like cells, losing their lipid droplets and becoming the principal source of extracellular matrix (ECM) production.

    • Markers: Quiescent cells express GFAP, Desmin, and LRAT. Activated cells are marked by high expression of alpha-SMA and Vimentin.


  • Cell Culture Data:

    • Medium: Recommended DMEM (High Glucose) supplemented with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) or specialized HSC media.

    • Substrate: To maintain the quiescent phenotype, culture on soft substrates like Matrigel. Culturing on standard plastic or Collagen Type I induces rapid activation.

    • Incubation: 37 degrees Celsius with 5% CO2.


  • Applications: Modeling hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis, studying vitamin A metabolism, developing NASH/NAFLD models, and screening anti-fibrotic drug candidates.
