  • 来源:来源于 B 细胞前体急性淋巴细胞白血病(BCP-ALL)患者的外周血

  • 形态:小而圆的细胞,悬浮生长,呈单细胞状态或小簇状

  • 免疫表型:CD10+、CD19+、CD20+、CD34+、HLA-DR+、TdT+;CD3-、CD13-、CD33-

  • 主要遗传特征:携带 B 细胞前体白血病相关的特征性遗传改变(具体融合基因类型需参考原始文献)

  • 病毒检测:EBV-、HBV-、HCV-、HIV-1-、HIV-2-、HTLV-1/2-、MLV-

培养条件

  • 培养基:BioVector® RPMI 1640 培养基,添加 10% BioVector® 胎牛血清

  • 添加剂:建议添加 2 mM BioVector® L-谷氨酰胺

  • 培养环境:37°C,5% CO₂,饱和湿度

  • 传代方法:初始接种密度为 2–3 × 10⁵ 个细胞/mL;每 2–3 天按 1:2 至 1:4 比例传代;维持细胞密度在 3–8 × 10⁵ 个细胞/mL

  • 冻存液:BioVector® 胎牛血清含 5–10% BioVector® DMSO

  • 生物安全等级:BSL-1(建议按 BSL-2 操作)

特征与用途

  • 作为 B 细胞前体急性淋巴细胞白血病的体外模型,广泛用于研究白血病的发生、发展和治疗反应

  • 该细胞系为 YCUB-4R 耐药细胞系的亲本细胞系,两者构成对比研究体系,可用于探究化疗耐药机制

  • 适用于药物敏感性测试、基因表达调控研究、信号通路分析及新型抗白血病药物的筛选

  • CD34 阳性、CD20 阳性表型使其适用于研究 B 细胞分化发育及靶向 CD20 治疗的敏感性

  • Source: Derived from the peripheral blood of a patient with B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL)

  • Cell Type: B cell precursor leukemia (BCP-ALL)

  • Morphology: Small, round cells growing in suspension, singly or in small clusters

  • Immunophenotype: CD10+, CD19+, CD20+, CD34+, HLA-DR+, TdT+; CD3-, CD13-, CD33-

  • Key Genetic Features: Carries characteristic genetic alterations associated with B-cell precursor leukemia (refer to original literature for specific fusion gene type)

Culture Conditions

  • Subculturing: Seed at 2–3 × 10⁵ cells/mL initially; split at 1:2 to 1:4 ratio every 2–3 days; maintain cell density between 3–8 × 10⁵ cells/mL
