containing plasmid arrayed on a microtiter plate.

Growth temperature : 370C

Growth medium : LB+ampicillin (50 ug/ml)

Propagation:

Transfer a loopful to a test tube containing 5 mL

LB+50g/ml of ampicillin broth. A loopful of culture can

also be streaked on an LB + amp agar plate. Incubate

cultures at 370 C. Isolate DNA using standard plasmid

preparation procedures.

Conditions: Store frozen plate at -800 C.
