载体简介


Plasmid is part of the " DEL-MARKER-SET ". For an individual plasmid order use accession number P30121.Transformed E.coli cells are resistant to ampicillin. The plasmid contains the cre recombinase gene under control of a GAL promoter and complements the trp1 mutation in transformed Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains.The pSH63 plasmid is usefull to express the cre recombinase under Galactose control. loxP flanked deletion markers will be removed from yeast deletions.
